Housekeeping Supervisor

Every Hotel has 4 walls, a bed and a shower! We are looking for a YOU to bring your strong work ethic and amazing personality to our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor to help set us apart by providing excellent customer service and having the cleanest rooms in Lehi ready for our valued guests. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay in according to our company and brand standards. Skills

• Work experience as a Room Attendant or just a passion for keeping things clean
• Ability to work within and lead a team
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Good physical health and stamina
• Flexibility to work, day and weekend shifts
• Attention to Detail
• The ability to be a self starter
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• High school diploma is a plus

Responsibilities

• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Oversee staff on a daily basis
• Inspect Rooms
• Provide Coaching to team members
• Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
