```Duties:```
- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Address guest concerns or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences

- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of housekeeping practices, procedures, and equipment
- Familiarity with hotel industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques is preferred
