Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Make beds and change linens - Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning - Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor - Adhere to health and safety guidelines Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus - Familiarity with floor care equipment and procedures is advantageous - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of guests or residents - Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients Skills: - Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized environment in accordance with established standards. - Hotel: Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices and procedures. - Industrial Cleaning: Knowledge of specialized cleaning techniques used in industrial settings. - Floor Care: Experience in caring for different types of floors, including carpet, hardwood, tile, etc. - Custodial: Understanding of custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom cleaning, etc. - Housekeeping Management: Ability to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure quality standards are met. - Hospitality: Provide exceptional service to guests or residents while maintaining professionalism.
