In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes conducting quality insurance inspections of a contractor's performance; managing facility annual contracts such as (Housekeeping, Hospital Information Security and Resource Protection Services (HISRPS), elevator maintenance, pneumatic tube system maintenance, pest control, hazardous materials, nurse call maintenance, security system maintenance, and TV/cable maintenance.); AND using automated systems such as Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS), Drawbase, and computer aided design and drafting (CADD) programs to maintain a safe environment..

Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as contract management or facility management.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages.
