Summary/Objective
The maintenance associate cleans the working environment for all staff and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe. Assists other departments as required.
Supervisory ResponsibilityNone.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
· Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways.
· Cleans and polishes fixtures.
· Removes recycling materials, empty trash
· Performs routine maintenance, such as touchup painting, on building interior and exterior.
· Performs custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping and dusting.
· Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors.
· Maintains cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies and breakrooms.
· Maintains cleanliness of offices areas and production floor.
· Assists Maintenance department wherever needed.
· Follow proper procedures around safety, chemical handling, handling of hazardous waste, including safety of power equipment.

Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
Will be required to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. Must be able to lift, and/or move, up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and or move more than 100 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
