Housekeeper

We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic and honest person to join our Housekeeping Team.

This position is Full Time Sunday-Thursday 7:00am-3:00pm.

Compensation: starting pay between $13-$15/hr (Pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Job Summary:

The Housekeeper will clean, sanitize, and maintain The Club House, Offices, and surrounding area including the rest areas on the Golf Course.

_ Duties/Responsibilities: _

• Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout the Club House.
• Uses Golf cart to transport cleaning supplies.
• Cleans and disinfects all bathrooms.
• Cleans and disinfects all offices.
• Wipes and dusts surfaces in the Club House and cleans mirrors.
• Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
• Stocks hand towels in all bathrooms.
• Picks up and empties trash containers.
• Notifies Facilities manager if something is not working properly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of how to maintain., clean and preserve a wide variety of building furniture, fixtures, and equipment surfaces.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Follows instructions regarding the use of chemicals.
• Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.

Education and Experience:

• Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.
• 1 year of comparable work preferred.

• Physical Requirements:*

• Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
