Tidy Rite Cleaning Services LLC is a new and growing cleaning company. With that in mind we are seeking motivated individuals to fill various roles within our company. Our mission is to alleviate the stressors of the day-to-day messes from our clients that are created in their homes, by providing them with a clean and tidy atmosphere to come home to after a long day’s work. Location: Varies based on clientele

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Handling specialized cleaning equipment and tools, such as carpet cleaners and floor buffers
• Ensuring that cleaning supplies are stocked and replenished as needed
• Adhering to established safety protocols and following all company policies and procedures
• Ensure all rooms and spaces are cleaned to the highest standards
• Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team efficiently, managing time effectively to complete tasks within the given time-frame
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects if required.

Our aim is to place our employees with clients near their homes, making traveling to and from work and between clients less hectic. You will be scheduled based on your location according to our areas of service. If you live outside of our current areas of service, we will work to either find clients near you or place you in a service area closest to your home.
