Responsibilities: - Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas - Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries - Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces - Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly - Maintain a clean and organized laundry area - Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and towels - Handle guest requests for additional amenities or services promptly and courteously - Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols Skills: - Experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry operations preferred - Knowledge of laundering techniques and dry cleaning procedures - Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Strong time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently - Excellent communication and customer service skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
