Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces - Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens - Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department - Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness - Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations Requirements: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices - Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus - Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Skills: - Floor care: Experience in cleaning and maintaining various types of flooring surfaces - Custodial: Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different areas and surfaces - Hotel: Understanding of cleanliness standards specific to the hotel industry - Industrial cleaning: Familiarity with cleaning practices in industrial settings - Hospitality: Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment - Clean: Thoroughness in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in assigned areas - Housekeeping management: Ability to follow established protocols and manage time effectively Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
