WHAT YOU GET: PAY & BENEFITS

Now, let's talk about the pay. As a Housekeeper, you can expect to earn $16.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour staff retention pay rate. This retention pay is funded until June 30, 2024, and is contingent upon continued funding. To sweeten the deal even further, we are offering a $500.00 sign-on bonus for successful applicants. HOUSEKEEPER: YOUR ROLE

As a Housekeeper at Crystal Springs Inc., you are responsible for performing heavy cleaning tasks safely and effectively. You have the opportunity to operate a variety of heavy equipment and machinery to ensure that our facilities are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained. Your attention to detail and adherence to standards of sanitary and hygienic practices are essential in creating a clean and inviting environment for our clients and visitors. By maintaining these high standards, you contribute to the overall success of our nonprofit organization and help us fulfill our mission of providing social services and support to those in need.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• HS diploma or GED
• Reliable vehicle
• Must possess skills in operating a variety of floor-cleaning equipment and machinery used by the department
• Capable of performing heavy cleaning tasks safely
• Carry up to 30 lbs; bend, lift heavy equipment, squat, and use repetitive motion with hands
• Can work independently and communicate well with other departments
• Read, write, speak, and understand English for the safety of the individuals we serve
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Floor care: 1 year (Preferred)

YOUR HOURS

This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM. Some flexibility is needed for an occasional evening or weekend.
