Job description

Role Summary
Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible with assisting with overseeing day to day operations of the housekeeping team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in assigning the daily room and public areas schedule for the Housekeepers.
  • Inspect guest rooms and common areas as they are cleaned ensuring adherence with White Barn Inn and Forbes standards.
  • Assist with turndown service and cleaning guest rooms.
  • Have open communication with maintenance and Front Office to ensure seamless service for the guest's arrival.
  • Complete all Housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests in a courteous and prompt manner.
  • Follow safe operational procedures in regards to use of chemical materials.s

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a luxury or Forbes property.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
