As a Housekeeper, you are there to help maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment for our employees and residents. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the interior and common spaces of a multifamily property.
The How…
While prior experience in groundskeeping, janitorial or custodial positions is helpful for your success, it’s not necessary. We will show you how to maintain the property to the company’s high standards of cleanliness.
Your focus is on the community’s public spaces and amenities used by our residents, such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, recreation areas, fountains, pool areas, business centers, and other resident amenities. This includes cleaning and shampooing rugs and carpets, as well as cleaning hard-surface flooring with the appropriate cleaning supplies and safety signage, as needed.
You also help the entire team to keep the property grounds free of trash, waste and refuse, performing door-to-door trash pickup and transporting it to the disposal area throughout the day.
As a part of the maintenance team, you also assist in the make-ready process for recently vacant units by completing a full apartment cleaning before a new resident moves in.
Your friendly and efficient approach is perfect when engaging with residents while working around the property. You are committed to creating a safe working environment for the team and a safe living environment for our residents with a safety-first approach to everything you do.
