SalaryJob Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for the daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas and other assigned areas for helping to maintain a safe and secure community for the residents. Each employee makes a significant contribution to our success in fulfilling our mission to safely provide the highest quality services possible.
Responsibilities:
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas daily.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe, scrub and polish through the community.
- Clean sinks, tubs, showers and toilets per prescribed sanitation standards.
- Use all equipment and chemicals in the correct manner to ensure maximum cleanliness.
- Use, understand and follow Safety Data Sheets and create and maintain a safe work environment.
Shift
- 7:00am-3:00pm
Qualifications:
- Experience in housekeeping preferred
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Experience in hospital or nursing home a plus
- Ability to be professional and provide excellent customer service
