As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our community, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. This is a full-time, hourly position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the community, including common areas, resident apartments, and offices.
- Regularly clean and sanitize all surfaces, floors, and carpets in accordance with company standards.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in an efficient and timely manner.
- Restock supplies in common areas and resident apartments as needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
- Respond to resident requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist with special events and projects as needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a Senior Living or healthcare setting.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
