Brief Description of Program:
PCS Mental Health, LLC will operate a Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTF-A) serving members from Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Luzerne, Wyoming, Carbon, Monroe and Pike Counties. In this locked, sixteen bed homelike setting, Members will continue in their recovery journey and will develop and improve the skills needed to disrupt the cycle of institutional living. The RTF-A will be staffed 24x7 to provide members the support, education and knowledge to live within the greater community. Each member will identify his/her own Blue-Sky, life-worth-living goal(s) and use these as inspiration in developing their unique Recovery/Treatment Plan.
Summary of Job Duties:
The Housekeeper position is a professional that ensures a positive overall impression of
the property as well as provides the necessary service of ensuring clean and comfortable living space for our members. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning common areas as well as workspaces while supporting members with such things as laundry and learning to clean. The housekeeper is required to maintain a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, holidays and weekends.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the home to include common areas and workspaces
- To provide deeper cleaning of member bedrooms
- To support members in learning the skills needed to manage a clean and safe home
- To report maintenance issues to Program Clerk
- To support the cook by helping clean and maintain a sanitary kitchen
- Wash linen and program laundry and store in clean organized fashion
- Notify the Program Clerk when there is a need to utilize external services to maintain a clean home
- To operate machinery as required.
- Safe storage of cleaning supplies including the management of Chemical Hazard Communications book
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment within budget
- Participate in the Annual Performance Development Review Process.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Able to read and follow instructions
- Able to work as part of a team in a busy atmosphere
