Housekeeper - Best Western Hoover Dam Hotel

We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards and great costumer service to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned units and public areas
• Maintain supplies and equipment in good condition
• Report any maintenance problems in a timely manner
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform supervisor when required
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

Skills

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Flexible availability, to include weekends and holidays
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree
