Job Title: Housekeeping Independent Contractor

Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Location: Orlando, Clermont, Kissimmee, Lakeland, Lake Alfred, Auburndale, Davenport, Winter Haven, Winter Garden, Lake Buena Vista

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks in residential spaces, including but not limited to homes, apartments, and Airbnb properties.

Demonstrate expertise in both standard and deep cleaning procedures, understanding the nuances and requirements of each.

Utilize the latest cleaning products and techniques to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Efficiently stage Airbnb properties to meet client expectations and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Make quick and informed decisions to adapt to changing job requirements or unexpected situations.

Work collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Maintain a reliable mode of transportation and be willing to travel 100% of the time to various job locations.

Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with client preferences and specifications. This includes but is not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and polishing surfaces.

You must have all proper necessary cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment needed to complete each job thoroughly.

Qualifications:

Must be available to work on Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in consistent cleaning service.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Quick decision-making ability and adaptability to changing situations.

Comfortable working with applications and cameras as needed for documentation and communication.

Demonstrated expertise in cleaning and staging Airbnb properties in a timely manner.

Knowledgeable about the latest cleaning products and techniques.

Well-versed in staging Airbnb properties to enhance guest experiences.

Understanding of the differences between standard and deep cleaning procedures.

Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel to various locations.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsible for supplying all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.

• This is an independent contractor position, and you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and insurance.
• Work hours may vary based on client needs and scheduling. Weekends are included.
• Some physical effort is required, including lifting and carrying cleaning equipment, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
