Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and presentable for guests
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of custodial and floor care techniques
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
