Housekeeper

*****We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus*****

We have a full time (35 hours per week) Housekeeper position available.  The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  Some flexibility of schedule will be necessary during times of inclement weather to insure building access and walks are clear of snow.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Daily housekeeping duties such as cleaning window blinds and dust window sills, clean glass partitions and doors, dust woodwork, fixtures, and furniture as needed and scrub surfaces. Sweep, vacuum and wash floors.
• Spot Clean Walls and furniture as needed. 
• Empty all wastebaskets including shred bins and storing securely.  Clean, disinfect and deodorize rest rooms, replenish supplies. 
• Clean and disinfect kitchens, including cleaning microwaves and refrigerators. 
• Ensure adequate supply levels, perform monthly inventory of supplies needed. 
• Set up and breakdown tables and chairs. Monitor building security and safety.

Education and Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or one years of related experience and/or training.
• This position requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record.  
• Physical demands of the position must be met which include ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 Lbs. of product and materials, crawl, bend, stoop, lift.  
• Must be willing to clean any assigned location.
