Form of workOversees staffing of 17 bed MedSurg unit and 8 bed Emergency Department at a critical access hospital. Critical thinking and problem solving are key in this position. Responds to emergencies and/or lends a hand hospital wide, including MedSurg, ER, OB, Surgery, and Psychiatric Unit.
ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications are required or willing to obtain within 1 year of hire. Opportunity to work with a great team at a small community hospital with a diverse population.
