Indian River Colony Club is currently hiring for a FT House Person

Requirements:

1. Essential Functions:

• Performs basic cleaning tasks according to an established checklist and as directed by supervisors. Tasks include vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, floors, fixtures, windows, painted surfaces, and lights. Does Banquet Room setup and break down.

• Reports to work and assigned job sites in a timely and regularly scheduled basis.

• Attends provided training classes and reviews pertinent IRCC directives, training literature and safety guidance to improve working skills.

• Stays familiar with material safety data about materials and chemicals used on the job.

• Delivers excellent member service.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

2. Qualifications/Basic Job Skills:

• Possesses general knowledge of general cleaning practices, equipment, tools, chemicals and sanitation/safety practices.

• Able to bend, stoop, lift, pull and/or push a minimum of 50 lbs.

• Able to successfully work and communicate with staff personnel, supervisors and residents.

• Able to control and order supplies to maintain stock in the supply room.
• Able to work unsupervised.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 43 per week
