SalaryAs a House Person at Home 2 Suites by Marriott Atlanta Perimeter Center, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing a clean and inviting environment for our guests are essential. This position offers an opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure all common areas, corridors, and stairwells are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Restock housekeeping carts with supplies.
- Assist housekeeping staff with removing trash and linen from guest rooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for extra amenities or services.
- Uphold the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional guest service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is a plus but not required.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy items when necessary.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest service.
