House Manager

Daily Upkeep

• Management of daily tasks that need to be done
• Work with handyman / maid service to ensure completion of outstanding tasks
• Manage Amazon/online packages (opening, returns, etc)
• Assist with mail (opening and processing)
• Manage lawn care service, pest control and other third party services (fireplace cleanings, HVAC maintenance, Home Warranty, etc)
• Trip planning for family
• Help maintain calendar / scheduling

Major Projects

1. Interior Design

• Work with interior design firm on design final design, purchasing and installation for basement and gym
• “ “ for living and family rooms

2. Master Bed & Bath

• Work with interior designer on final design/decisions
• Work with handyman / third party contractors to ensure project is on schedule and being completed
• Work with homeowners on timely decision making
• Assist in sourcing materials/selections as needed
• Maintain project budget

3. Master Office

• Work with interior designer on finalizing design and selections
• Assist with sourcing materials/furnishings
• Manage handyman/contractors to ensure timely completion
• Maintain project budget

4. Pool / Kitchen / Landscape

• Assist in interviewing and selecting Landscape Design firm
• Manage the overall project – including contracts/firms to ensure timely completion
• Maintain project budget

5. Similar projects for other areas

You can be the person in charge making sure all this happens. We need to know - can you make this happen? If so, we definitely need to talk to you.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
