Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team in a 400+ room hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met across all rooms and public areas.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain housekeeping procedures and training programs for staff.
3. Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
4. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
5. Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping services.
6. Collaborate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
7. Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, and budget.
8. Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and performance metrics.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
10. Handle other duties as assigned by hotel management.

Requirements
