House Cleaning - On Call Floater

Objectives:

• Clean each and every home or office on your schedule in the given time frame so that the client walks in a feels AMAZING!
• Contribute to hiring and training other Core Values matched cleaners as needed

Expected time investment:

• On call as needed (when other cleaners are out sick, on vacay, etc) hours 0 - 40 hrs/wk. Some weeks we might not need you at all and other weeks we might need you every day. Usually it would just be filling in if someone is sick or we have a big job and need more help.
• Must show up 100% of the time you're invited to clean to qualify for this job (M-F 8am - 4pm availability)

Required:

• 1 yr residential cleaning experience
• Working, insured vehicle + valid drivers license
• Working smart phone
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, stand, reach, scrub, etc for up to 8 hrs

Desired but not required:

• Attend paid team meetings
• Attend non-paid team outings

Other things to know:

• We service the metro area, Minneapolis & St. Paul and 1st and some 2nd tier suburbs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
