```Duties```
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living rooms
- Vacuum carpets and rugs, and mop floors
- Dust and polish furniture and surfaces
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Laundry and change bed linens
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as cleaning baseboards or organizing closets, inside & outside cabinet, inside appliance
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or related field preferred

- Ability to communicate well
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with a crew
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Job Description:
Knowmore Cleaning Service LLC is a fast-growing residential cleaning company seeking energetic, positive, and professional House Cleaners of at least 1 or more years of experience to join our team as House Cleaners/Housekeepers. If you are looking to make extra cash and tired of paying for leads and need another way to build a client base. And enjoy a dynamic work environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Position Type: Contractor (Experienced House Cleaner)
Payrate; $20-$25 per hour (with opportunity to get pay rate increase after completing 300 worked hours).

Hours per week depends on your availabuity
Starting pay rate under a trial base $20 per hour.
If you meet all the qualification as attendance, great work ethics, work quality, and performance you will have a chance to increase your pay rate.

We do give incentives for perfect attendance and work performance,

Payroll: Bi-weekly payroll system.

Requirements:

Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.

Background Check: Must pass a background check.

Mobile Communication: Must have a cell phone with service for effective communication with management.

Language Skills: Fluent in English, both speaking and reading, to follow special instructions.

Experience: Minimum of 2 year of cleaning experience.

Schedule Compliance: Must be able to follow the daily schedule provided by management.

Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Must provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment, including a clean operative vacuum cleaner, broom, swifter mop, dusters, etc.

Legal Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Physical Abilities: Must be able to bend, stand, lift, reach, and use a step ladder. Should be comfortable moving small furniture pieces to clean thoroughly.

Must be able to work independently or work with a crew.

Availability: Must be available Monday to Friday, with some weekends (Saturday). No nights or holidays required.
Flexibility: Able to work flexible hours between 8 am and 6 pm, depending on the number of scheduled appointments for the day.

Documentation:
Candidates must provide valid proof of valid State Identification and Social Security Card.

Cleaning Tasks:
As a House Cleaner/Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, basements, family/living rooms, home offices, making beds, sanitizing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, organizing, and performing interior window cleaning.
