Please only apply if you love to clean independently. We clean as solo cleaners, NOT in teams, and love cleaning for our outstanding house cleaning clients.

What do we offer?

• We value and respect our team and believe in paying well for a job well done. Our full time cleaners average gross between $750-$1000 per week based on their chosen schedules. This amount doesn’t include tips, monthly and quarterly bonuses opportunities and mileage reimbursement, they are extras and on top!
• NO NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS if you don't want them! NO major HOLIDAYS (6)!
• F/T Benefits: Health insurance benefits, dental and vision insurance, paid time, and Earn holiday pay for Major holidays off.
• Comprehensive Paid Training. ($16 per hr. for training week). This isn't like cleaning your own home. We are going to show you how the pros do it! With confidence!

What is required of you?

• Speak and write English fluently.
• Must be able to pass a background check we will run.
• Must have been at previous jobs for at least 1 year minimum- no "job hoppers" please, we are looking to build a long term team.
• House cleaning can be tiring: you must be able to stand on your feet all day with light lifting up to 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day with no issues doing so.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a good running car to get to and from work and provide proof of auto insurance and a smartphone for work.
• Must be comfortable and enjoy working independently- we clean as solo cleaners
• Must be honest, trustworthy, energetic, positive, and take ownership in your choices. Hard work and motivation are a MUST!
• Service Areas: Must be willing to travel to the following services area: Indianapolis (within 20 miles of Castleton): Castleton, Lawrence, Geist, Broadripple, Downtown Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, McCordsville, and Zionsville.
