Hourly Paint

The Painter position is not only painting the boats but preparing them as well. The person that fills this position needs to be talented in marine products. This position requires someone who is skilled and pays excellent attention to detail. Painting is a very important job for our Company’s final product.

Responsibilities

Operate spray painting equipment along with its upkeep and cleaning after each use.

Maintaining cleanliness of work area.

Operating various tools and types of equipment.

Following directions and instructions.

Knowing colors and being able to distinguish between colors.

Identifying safety risks and hazards, and complying with relevant safety procedures and regulations.

Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing Tyvek suit, eye protection, respirator, and safety shoes.

Maintaining a clean work area.

Any other job as directed

Requirement

A minimum of 2 years’ spraying experience.

Physically strong, lift up to 50lbs., agile, and dexterous.

Basic English reading and writing skills and able to communicate well with co-workers

Ability to stand, bend, reach

Strong work ethic and organizational skills

Have reliable mode of transportation and be dependable.

Able to pass a PFT (Pulmonary Function Test)

Wear a respirator and suit up in Tyvek suit.
