ABOUT THE JOB:
We are currently seeking servers and bartenders to join our team. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who are ready to work . Like most of the food and hospitality industry, this is a fast-paced, team-oriented hospitality driven environment with flexible hours.
During your first few days of employment, you will receive important information regarding the performance requirements of your position, basic company policies, your compensation, plus other information necessary to acquaint you with your job and the company. You will also be asked to complete an I-9 form and present the company with information establishing your identity and your eligibility to work in the United States in accordance with applicable federal laws.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Team players with positive attitudes are prime candidates.
- Assist in the set-up and breakdown of all event assets, including, but not limited to: tables, chairs, bars, food lines, kitchen and china/glassware.
- Maintain high-level of professional customer service to the host + all guests
- Assist in all catering roles + aspects including bussing, serving, bartending, bar-backing, etc.
- Understands the details of each event from client expectations, culinary items, beverage items and timeline needs.
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Catering experience preferred, not required
- Customer Service experience required
- Evening and Weekend availability required
- Punctual, polished + professional
- Ability to multi-task + work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced high touch environment.
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
