Currently, The Residence Inn and Courtyard Cincinnati Airport are looking for a top-performing Hotel Dual Sales Manager.

The Residence Inn and Courtyard Cincinnatti Airport are searching for a driven, motivating Hotel Dual Sales Manager to help our team achieve our sales goals. The Hotel Sales Manager supporting both hotels is responsible for setting our sales strategy and targets, cultivating our sales staff, evaluating their progress, and ensuring we hit our sales goals at two or more hotels located in the same market. Candidates for the Hotel Dual Sales Manager role should be leaders, innovators, hard workers, and team players. Hotel leadership in sales/operations experience is preferred.
The Residence Inn by Marriott Cincinnati Airport is 1 mile from CVG Airport and 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Our hotel is within minutes of Amazon, Bosch, Wayfair, DHL, Perfetti, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Five Labs, Pomeroy, Carl Zeiss, St. Elizabeth Training Center, P&G, Citi, and Kroger, as well as conference centers including Receptions and Five Labs Conference Center.

Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Hotel Dual Sales Manager include:
- Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals
- Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success
- Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement
- Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business
- Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts, including sales progress and volume, to more accurately forecast future goals
- Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation programs to keep us growing
Requirements for the Hotel Dual Sales Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the Hotel Sales department
- Proven track record of sales success
- Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
- Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
