Hotel Portfolio Bench General Manager will assist properties in analyzing needs, aid with training and evaluate the operations to ensure Dellisart and franchise standards are in place to ensure the overall success of each property. The ideal candidate will preferably have previous IHG General Manager brand experience.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a tenured operational leader to grow their career to the next level. The Hotel Portfolio Bench Manager is an experienced, well spoken, and high-energy leader that will provide support to their assigned portfolio/ownership group. This role will require travel within the portfolio. Estimated at roughly 45 weeks/year. The Hotel Portfolio Bench Manager will provide leadership coverage, support, guidance, and training within the Dellisart portfolio. This role will also be flexible in assignments which could include, but are not limited to: Task Force General Manager, Leadership onboarding, planning and execution of new operational initiatives, support of existing owner, company, and brand programs, identification and implementation of best practices, accounting reconciliations and functions (AR collections, chargeback disputes, PL review and analysis), budgeting, the execution of physical property improvement projects, and other special projects as assigned. The Hotel Portfolio Bench Manager will ensure performance is consistently optimized, while providing tools necessary for a high-quality product and enhanced level of service
