Hotel Operations Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Ensure efficient and smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage room inventory and rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and amenities to assist guests with recommendations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using phone systems and providing exceptional phone etiquette.
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing a positive experience.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred.
