Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervises daily Food and Beverage shift operations including banquet and catering, and monitors compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Unique experience for every customer! Ensure that food and drinks are prepared and served correctly, addressing customer complaints, and overseeing the cleanliness and ambiance of the establishment.
  • Through training and development, you'll empower our team members to unleash their creativity and provide Platinum Service. Together, you'll create a high-performing team that delivers enchanting experiences to our guests.
  • Financial Finesse! Keep a keen eye on budgets, costs and necessary supplies and ingredients to meet demand, without over-ordering or wasting resources in order to find ways to elevate our offerings while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to increase revenue of the hotel by group bookings and event space at the hotel.

  • Preferred but not required - bilingual in Spanish and English

Salary, Compensation, and Benefits:
  • Annual Salary: $45,000-50,000 - depending on qualifications
