This is a part time to full time position and we are seeking to fill a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
Position Summary
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests during varying hours between 11pm and 7am.
Job Functions
· Report to work in uniform presented professionally, neat, and clean
· Greet all guests in a friendly, positive manner. Ask questions of guests and make personal connections to make them feel they are welcome and valued
· Anticipate and exceed the needs and expectations of our guests
· Greets guests with a warm welcome and provides genuine customer service
· Respond to guest complaints or issues in a timely manner
· Assist with on-going deep cleaning
· Maintain open lines of communication between all departments within the hotel
· Exhibit regular and recurrent attendance records
· Other duties as requested by management
Position Requirements
Minimum Knowledge: Requires a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Previous customer service experience is required.'
