Hotel Night Auditor: Part-time

NIGHT AUDITOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 3rd Shift Position

***Must be able to work independently. *** Background check required.***

• Post charges to the guest accounts that have not been posted or were incurred on the night audit shift.
• Is able to function as a front desk agent especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures.
• Follow the End of Day / Night Audit Checklist
• Must have complete knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Performs wake-up calls.
• Run end of day process in property management software (PMS).
• Knows how to operate PMS, computers, and other front office equipment.
• Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the appropriate manager as needed.
• Cleans and sanitize public spaces throughout the night.
• Required to finish any laundry not done during the day.
• Breakfast setup as required by IHG.

PREREQUISITES:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum one year of hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred and general administrative tasks. Opera PMS experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
