Hotel Night Auditor (11:00PM to 7:00AM)

Hampton Inn and Suites / Home2 Suites by Hilton Durham University Medical Center, is the newest hotel and the first dual-brand hotel in Durham, NC. Opening up this Fall 2023 we are currently hiring for our Opening Team. We are looking at filling multiple positions on our Front Office including morning shifts (7AM to 3PM), evening shifts (3PM to 11PM) and overnight shifts (11PM to 7AM).

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Front Desk Agent is to provide friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and information to all guests, fellow employees and visitors.

• Communicate with other departments to ensure that our guests receive the best service
• Check guests in/out of the hotel in a courteous & timely manner
• Process new reservations, make changes to existing reservations & payments

• Knowledge of the surrounding area.
• Articulately communicate both verbally and in writing
• Detail-oriented, great organization, great multi-tasking skills
• Professional attitude, and expectations

• The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Candidates must be available to work floating hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays to be considered for employment. Flexible, open availability is favorable.
