We are seeking a proactive and high-energy Hotel Managerfor a boutique community of properties near Avalon, NJ! Located within walking distance of the beach, this community has picturesque views around the entire harbor. Surrounded by an active community, this is an opportunity for a hospitality professional to deliver an amazing experience for all property guests.
COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $65,000, Annual Bonus Potential of $10,000 (plus additional compensation based on a percentage of net income), Monthly benefit stipend, relocation assistance can be discussed, and more!
General Manager Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience with community board/ownership groups
- Strong Financial Acumen
- Hotel, Resort, or Property Management experience is highly preferred
