```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- Plan and schedule maintenance work to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with logic controllers and ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Ability to fabricate and repair parts using various tools and equipment
- Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
