AKA BEVERLY HILLS is hiring for a Full-Time Hotel Maintenance team member!

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous painting experience a plus
• Minimum 2 year prior experience with a hospitality organization.
• Knowledge of the proper use of both hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in English both written and oral.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Performing and diagnosing electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and drywall repair.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Accepting and completing work tickets with detailed notes.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members and resident.
• Ensuring that the highest standards of service and professionalism meet our resident’s needs.
• Reporting and documenting any issues to management that could cause concern for the safety of our residents..
