Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance principles and practices
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and schematics
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Experience with supervising maintenance staff or contractors
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Understanding of logic controllers and automation systems
