Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the hotel
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Adhere to cleaning standards and guidelines to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and practices
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to perform custodial tasks such as floor care, trash removal, and restroom cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts as needed
