Hotel Front Office Manager Country Inn & Suites Fredericksburg

Looking for a customer service friendly individual to join our team at the Country Inn & Suites on Warrenton Rd. Fredericksburg, Va. Must have the ability to multi-task. Experience in the hotel industry and as, well as prior FOM or front desk supervisor experience. Must have the ability to work weekends, holidays and over 40 hours a week when necessary.
You will be assisting the GM with daily task which include but not limited to:

• accounting and reporting
• staff needs and schedules.
• property upkeep and safety guidelines
• brand standards
• Onboarding and brand training

Must work at least two desk shifts a week. More if staffing needs are not met, or budget requires it. Ability to be flexible and cover hotel where needs are.
Be on call in case GM is unavailable to handle any issues/emergencies with the property.
Familiarity with the following:

• Microsoft Word
• Excel
• Power point
• Choice Advantage PMS system
• making schedules
• supervising a team of 6 or more
• working with co-workers and boosting team morale
• ability to be a supervisor but also a team player.
• ability to delegate task.
• Choice Brand knowledge
• Accounting software-M3 (not required)

Pay is anywhere from $32,000-$40,000 annually.
