Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Experience: - Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus - Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail - Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette - Experience with night audit procedures is a bonus As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
