Folio Clerk
What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Folio Clerk within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will play a key role in helping the Folio Department achieve its organizational objectives by assisting Team Leads with folio requesting and sorting processes, to ensure that folios can be audited in a timely manner. You will report directly to the Folio Department Supervisor regularly collaborate with hotel chains and brands.
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Reviewing folios for missing days and classify emails
  • Requesting folios from the hotel via phone call and fax
  • Contributing to and maintaining the internal resources used by the Department
  • Working schedule as assigned and give proper notice when changes are needed
  • Working overtime when needed
  • Additional duties as determined by evolving business needs
Qualifications & Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2+ years of job-related experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ACT program experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position
  • Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgment
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships among team members in the course of work
  • Ability to assist coworkers with tasks
