Hotel Director of Sales(Nashville, TN) (Must Relocate)
Salary: Up to $110,000 + Bonus

Our client, an award-winning company with a proven track record of brand-leading guest satisfaction and Hotel of the Year accolades, is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Hotel Director of Sales for one of their acclaimed hotels.
Job Description:
As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all hotel sales and marketing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve optimal occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR) growth, maximizing total revenue while meeting or exceeding established goals.
Responsibilities:
- Solicit, negotiate, and secure new and repeat business through various channels, including outside sales calls, telemarketing, mailings, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporations, businesses, travel industry partners, community organizations, professionals, and associations to identify potential clients and increase market share.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship for the sales team.
- Achieve individual monthly revenue and solicitation goals.
- Monitor the progress of the sales team toward their monthly goals, providing feedback and strategy sessions as needed to ensure success.
- Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rentals, function space, and hotel services.
- Accurately produce and/or review all sales contracts, rate agreements, and banquet/catering event orders.
- Arrange and conduct special events, property tours, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in a Sales Management position.
- 2+ years of work experience as a Director of Sales with a major hotel brand.
