Located in the W Hotel, Steak 954 a modern update on the classic steakhouse with an indulgent menu, locally sourced seafood, and a global wine selection. Whilst El Vez, with deep roots in regional Mexican cooking, the menu is built around guacamoles, fundidos, ceviches, tacos, quesadillas and enchiladas made from scratch with authenticity in mind. Our IRD team is now seeking a Hotel Cook to join our team.

Qualified candidates will have:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Cook working in a well-rated restaurant
- Strong knife skills with the ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively.
- Culinary degree is a plus
- Full time availability is a must
