Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and portion control guidelines
- Ensure food is cooked and presented in accordance with food safety standards
- Monitor food supplies and ingredients, and order as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and organize service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment, including knives
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
