SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Housekeeping room attendants provide for the comfort of guests by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and properly presented. A housekeeping room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, friendly, and able to address problems or special requests.
Description of Duties:
- Restock pool towels, wash and fold towels along with laundry.
- Various cleaning duties throughout the hotel inside and outside.
- Restock housekeeping closets.
- Run various errands including post office, store, shipping, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
- Physical mobility and stamina required.
- Ability to follow instruction.
- Detail-oriented.
- A professional attitude is required.
- Ability to work independently.
