Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism
- Assist guests with their needs and inquiries
- Handle guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints
- Operate the POS system for order processing and payment transactions
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area
- Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and preparation
- Follow phone etiquette when taking reservations or handling customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
