Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the toast POS system and ensure accuracy
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring guests have a positive experience
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Proficient in using toast POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering guest inquiries

Pay: $14.82 - $16.31 per hour
